Come and join us at for our annual Multicultural Potluck Supper. Bring your favourite ethinic or tradtional dish... and a friend!
The Mary Carpenter People Making Changes award will be presented to the 2011 recipient after dinner. Get your nominations in by Monday, March 21st to ensure that those you believe are creating positive change within our community are recognized for their efforts.
SLARC memberships will also be available for purchase.
The event will be held at the Legion Hall

Lets Walk Together

Walking Together

A march through town March 21 officially kicked off Race Relations Week in Sioux Lookout, which runs until March 29. The walk was about celebrating diversity and a united show of opposition to racism. March 21 was The International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination.

I Am... exhibit

Sioux Lookout photographers Brent Wesley and Adrienne Fox-Keesic along with some of their work, which can be viewed at the A-Frame Gallery.

Celebrating Indigenous Peoples of Treaty 3 and 9 and breaking stereotypes is the inspiration for a photography exhibit currently on display at the A-Frame Gallery in Sioux Lookout.
